I have been working with William through out my entire process. He has been very courteous and attentive to my wants and needs on selecting the "Right" vehicle for me. He was already off the time I came in to purchase the vehicle. That didn't matter because Jasmine helped me through the rest of the process. Test drove the car I picked. She explained the benefits DriveTime has to offer. She made the rest of the process go smoothly. I highly recommend anyone to drive time. Also have a great referral program. Overall, great customer service and happy with my purchase.

I came in one day with missing paperwork and worked with Brian, I came in the next week and worked with Jasmine. Brian had relayed all of the information to Jasmine so she was familiar with my situation, and greeted me at the door each time, recognizing me when I came back. Quick, easy, educational process. I was really nervous going in. Thought I wouldn't really be satisfied or taken advantage of. However, my saleswoman, Nikki, was really good. She explained everything to me and didn't leave me with any questions or concerns. The rest of the office staff I talked with during the process were very nice and also informative. Would definitely recommend them and tell anyone looking to buy or just doing a visit to not worry about these individuals being pushy on a sale. They are definitely there to listen to and help you find what you are looking for.
