These guys are truly the worst of the worst. My wife discovered they overpaid taxes on the WRONG property resulting in our escrow being $2500 short. After MONTHS of my wife working to fix THEIR mistake, it finally was resolved. Incompetent person after incompetent person tried to cover their tracks...and wanted to argue about how it wasn't their fault. Ultimately, we refinanced our house to remove these morons from the mortgage. I will never do business with 360 again and would suggest you don't either.

Spoke with Tanya regarding new insurance for a client and she was EXCELLENT! Everything went smooth.

My experience is horrific. We lost our home in the great flood of louisiana . We finally received our flood insurance check only to be told that they (360 Mortgage) will not release any money to us for everything that we have thus far done, and for all of the plumbing, appliances, flooring, windows, water heaters, etc. that we have paid for out of our own pockets. We have no more money to spend and now cannot be reimbursed. We provided them with receipts for everything, so that cannot be the problem. A company that supposedly cares about veterans, has a funny way of showing it. I am disgusted, because if I did not make my house payments, they wouldn't hesitate to forclose. All I want is to get my home fixed, so that we can go home. It's been four months. Wish someone could help us!

I really wish i could put no stars this bank is terrible. They bought our loan and now we are stuck with them. We have had nothing but problems from over escrowing to under escrowing to having to call a million times to get anything straightend out. Very frusting haveing to work with this incompetent mortgage company.

I'm sorry that others had such a horrible experience. Most importantly, I'm horrified that someone lost his/her home in the process; however, our experience regarding refinancing our home was a positive one. Our contact person was extremely professional and processed everything in a timely manner.
