I love this bank but there is one paticular employee who just is not nice. Every occasion that she has waited on me, including on the phone, she seems as if it's a burden and if she just hates to help people or maybe she just doesn't like me ...idk. Either way, she is always rude. Her displayed personality does not match all of the other ladies in the office. They are always cheerful and they acknowledge you. I literally cringe when they tell me I have to talk with her for certain services. I try to use other locations just so I don't have to.
