World Finance in Arlington, TX

I've have called about three times this week to fill out an application. On Monday I was on my way to the office. A lady stated they were about to close, and I could call back tomorrow to fill out an application. Tuesday I called, and the lady said she was really busy. She wrote my name down, and said she would call back. Never received a call. Wednesday the same thing. Since they were too busy to call back I decided to wait until Friday to go into the office. Website states they close at 7pm. I also called, and the lady said they were open until 7pm. I get to the office at 6:25pm. Doors are locked the ladies won't even look at the door. No time on the door. How does anyone do business like this? I can understand being busy, but all week. Also shutting down early when they can't return calls. They need to get a new staff that wants to help customers. Bad customers service. I wouldn't recommend a place to handle finances with poor customer service like this.
