Wow! What an experience! I recently purchased a HUD Foreclosure and chose THE Legacy Group with Leader One as my financing professionals. Purchasing a home like this is no easy task, particularly in Texas where some home purchase "rules" are a little different than some other states. The need for complete remodeling of this home added to the home buying woes.
