Digital only branch? Yeah, great example of digital becoming an absolute disservice to customers. Really bad.

This is my favorite bank [of 3 I have to use]. They are helpful; they care; they believe in service. Bravo. Now if they would give lessons to their competitors - - - nah. Never happen. Thanx guys & gals.

Before this bank went digital (which I know is through no fault of their own) It was my favorite location and I never went anywhere else. I am military and they have been so friendly and personable. Even when it did go digital, the staff was.still amazing to the best of their abilities but I haven't been back since they did. Sorry C1. I will most likely find another facility But cudos to this location just the same!
