If I could give zero stars I would. I used to do alot of business with and recommend EZ pawn, recently the service has been terrible, the last straw was when I bought an item for $25 just for them to tell me a week or two later it wasn't worth the steel its made out of. Not me or anyone I know will ever set foot in their doors again.

Went here to sell some gold ear rings,but was told they weren't gold,I was like really. Went to a different pawn shop and wow their 14k gold. (Which I already knew) The people at easy pawn are complete idiots and apparently don't know how to test gold or simply just look for the stamp on the ring. Would give negative 5, but no stars for that.

Always a super long line and I've yet to deal with an employee that is friendly. They totally rip you off on anything you try and sell and their stuff is all over priced for used stuff. I would suggest looking for the item you need on Craig's list or face book, same with selling anything. I'm not a mad customer just being honest.

They have good stuff for sale there, but I've never been to a pawnshop that didn't want to deal with you on prices. Their prices are a little high to begin with, and not willing to deal with you... I made an offer of $90 on a $100 item and they stayed firm on their price, so I left without it. Besides, it's not uncommon to go in there and wait too long to get helped.
