Cash America Pawn in Amarillo, TX

I took a brand new computer into their store to borrow against. The guy who was helping me went into the back for 5 mins; when he emerged he tried to tell me that he wouldn't be able to help be because it only sold for $200 on eBay. I had already checked that and they are going for $400 +. Be wary of this place.

We carried in an old shot gun to pawn. The person we were unfortunate ehough to draw knew nothing about the shot gun in question. He told us the shot gun needed a magazine. We showed the man the tubular magazine made into the shotgun, beneath the barrel. The rude idiot continued to chant "It needs a magazine." There is an old saying that goes "There is no such thing as a second chance with an irate customer." Since the customer is always wrong, we are sure we cab find someone else to do bussiness with, for the rest of our lives.

quite fine, they do good by me, i have used there services multiple times. best rates and even bought a good laptop there. nice workers and an awesome manager!

This is the most consistently rude and disrespectful location I have ever been to. If it wasn't the most convenient I never would have gone back. But they finally were rude enough to lose this customer. Every single person that works there sits and talks amongst each other while customers are waiting in line. And then have the nerve to have an attitude when they "help" customers. I have had it with this store and will never do business there again. I never leave happy or satisfied with the service. Cash America as a whole is not the problem. It is ONLY this store and their employees. And they should all be fired because they make this company look terrible.
