OK so everything was going good made my payment every week on time even though I was paying 12500 on a 6000 dollar truck then the motor locked up and these people said no problem we will fix it thirty min later they call back and said the truck has been submerged in water what water and why is the inside clean hate these people that warranty is bullshit they will find a way to get out of fixing it stay away from these crooks and also you pay the 100 dollar deductible and when they don't fix it you don't get your money back

I can't afford groceries because the payments are too high. The car is falling apart. They have the wrong address for me and their phone number isn't working anymore.

If you need a quick car cause your credit sucks. This is the place. Just remember you get what you pay for. Sure, there was a few times caprock helped my wife and I with payments and such. But, ALWAYS received the WORST customer service experience from both Sam and Roy. You're best bet is to save your money and go someplace else. Worst 3 year car experience ever!

I wanted a certain car and found it at Auto Sales and Finance and they took us to Caprock for the loan. Might be high interest rates but when you are first starting out cannot expect the rates of someone with 750+ credit score. They have helped build our credit from just starting out to over 700 now. Very nice people and have never had a single problem with them. Normally I do not write reviews but after seeing the reviews here I thought it was a bit one sided. As long as you keep up with your payments which is the main goal in building credit these guys are just great.
