Really nice and polite...

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST, AND I MEAN WORST AT THE UTMOST FINANCE COMPANIES OUT THERE. SHADY WORKER'S, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. FELT LIKE I WAS ABOUT TO BE STAKED. NEVER WORKS WITH CUSTOMER'S, BUT UP AND ADAM QUICK ABOUT MAKING A PROFIT WITHOUT MENTIONING HOW HORRID THEY ARE. I ONLY OPENED ONE FOR 900$ , CREDIT BUILD, IT WAS NEVER REPORTED BTW, AND FROM THE TOXICITY THEY SHOWED I PAYED IT OFF THE 3RD PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE THE WORST BUSINESS PEOPLE YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH. P.S I'D RECOMMEND THE OFFICE NEXT TO THEM SUN LOAN IF YOU NEED HELP OR ANYTHING OF SORT.

As I walked in the door to apply for a loan, the associates did not even greet me. One man called me to his desk and we started the necessary paperwork for a loan. He asked me for a cell phone number, and upon telling him I did not have a cell phone but I have a house phone that he could write down, he told me that I could not apply for the loan if I did not have a cell phone. I told him that my father has a cell phone that I use and if we could write down that number instead, he proceeded to imply that I was lying, I quote, "First, you tell me you don't have a cell phone and now you're telling me that you do", said he. I never said I had one, but that I had one that I use. The way he implied that I was lying, and the way he was trying to catch me in a lie, made me feel disrespected as a potential client and made me feel like he thought I was some sort of criminal. I just wanted a small loan to fix my car, and I did not expect to be treated so awfully. I will never do business with them ever, and I advise anyone else to steer clear of these inhospitable, demeaning people.
