U.S. Bank Branch in Springfield, TN

Avoid this bank at all costs. The managers are arrogant, the service is terrible and they love their fees. I have fought with this bank over the past year and am finally done with them. Over the past year, I have been charged "analysis fees", "processing fees" and in one case "over draft fees"; all that were not owed. In most cases, the bank has refunded the money after many hours of phone calls. The manager at the bank has defended their position by saying: "How else do you suppose that the bank makes money? We have to charge fees." My position is that the bank should always charge fixed fees to cover their operational costs, not make up fees as they go along. This is bad business and I warn everyone to stay away from them.

wish it was open later in the evening and later on Saturday. wish I could use drive through to get change for our business instead of being made to go inside.
