Why can't you just provide a number to the branch??????? It is so difficult to get a question answered because you have to call in and be put on hold for 30 minutes via 1-800 number.

I hate regions bank when ever I deposit a check it is not available for a whole two business days. I'm taking my business else where.

I'm never banking with Regions again. I can't call the bank to resolve issues with my account, and they charged me a 36 dollar fee the same day I over drafted my account. No text alert, which I set up; and email a day late and no call; not even any courtesy time to fix the account. They wouldn't even refund me the fee after speaking to 2 different people. Update: Couldnt even make a deposit at the atm today.

My banker, India, has always been patient and amazing. I won't go anywhere else just because of her amazing customer service.
