Family Advantage Credit Union in Spring Hill, TN

So much wrong here. We just moved to Spring Hill and went in to open an account. We waited for 30 minutes (there was 4 people waiting before us with one person doing anything) when finally the person who was sitting at her desk the whole time said "we are getting ready to close - can I help you?". When we said that we wanted to open an account her response was "we are getting ready to close - can you do it tomorrow?". We left.

Been with them for over 5 years. Very unsatisfied with their staff. Unfriendly service now, its not like it used to be. Phones are now automative, most ring and go straight to voicemail. I never gets returned calls even when I need quick attention. I switched to another bank just recently and I couldnt be more satisfied. My calls are returned, my problems can be handled within a few hours, and my new bank hasnt lost my deposits from the overnight box, unlike Family Advantage in the past. Hate to leave my local bank, but as a young adult I need to make sure I am getting the best financial support for my future.

Good luck getting anyone to return your phone calls! A+++ work, guys. You must make your company very proud.

I have been with this CU for a few years and have only one loan left. They repossessed a vehicle my husband got in our divorce and never notified me until they they picked it up from him and when they knew he was filing bankruptcy they came after me expecting me to take over this loan and have all past payments payed within a month. I did as asked. I've asked for them to help me with refinancing and now they can't after saying they would because he stripped the vehicle after me warning them he would. I have kept my promise and have made these payments and the payment that is currently 10 days late, they send me a repossession letter that if not paid by 3 days they are starting procedures. Pretty messed up after I have paid everything current within a month they are harassing me about a payment 10 days late. I believe I have shown I'm doing everything I can to keep these payments up and as a single mother of 3 with no child support have done everything I can to save my credit and any garnished payment from paycheck I can avoid. I'm really shocked with the treatment I have been given. I can't believe they are that desperate for this small loan. Not sure if they are in financial trouble that my one loan could make make or break them. Sad..

We have our personal account and our business account with FAFCU in Spring Hill and love them... you walk in the door and they know your name. Very Friendly and helpful!
