I have been a member for 6 years. I have always had direct deposit into my checking account. The last time I used my card as normal on the day I received my direct deposit. I checked my account a week later and realized that I had been charged $25 for overdrafting my account. I went into the bank thinking that it must have been a mistake and they would credit it back to my account. They informed me that my charge was went through at 1:09 but my direct deposit did not hit my account until 1:12 and therefore they could not refund me the $25. I have never been as disappointed in the company as I was in that moment. I will close my account and never look back. Horrible customer service!

Several times I have had trouble with my debit card not working. When I call about it, they tell me I probably just need to come in and get a new card. This is very frustrating. I had no cash on me, and was literally stranded because this card would not work. I think it is because they make the cards there in the bank. The cards are very flimsy. Always better carry some cash.
