ORNL Federal Credit Union in Sevierville, TN

This year I have been an ORNLFCU member for 9 years and 11 months. I have had absolutely nothing but positive experiences to share. Customer service is always warm and friendly. I never have to wait in line for very long. Loans process is great. Online banking is A+. I just recently purchased two cars through ORNL and have had nothing but excellent experiences. I don't think I have paid a fee in years. I go into the credit union about once every three months and it seems as if everyone there always remembers and the service is very consistent. I will no longer even consider banking with any other company. I hope to be with ORNL for another 40 years.

I had an auto loan through them and had one late payment but paid the loan off and in good standings. Went to get another loan from them and was denied. Even after paying my loan off??? Wouldn't advise anyone to use this credit union. Don't be loyal to a place who isn't loyal to there customers. There are to many credit unions out there besides this one.
