Debbie Hill, at MIG, was referred to us by our investment broker but, we thought we knew best, and went with another mortgage company. It was a disaster, in that we lost the contract on our dream cabin, twice. By the time we wised up and listened, we had lost a lot of money, and wasted over 2 months, because of the first mortgage company. With MIG, we closed on our dream cabin, start to finish, in less than 2 weeks, with $5000.00 less of a down payment, and 1% less interest rate. So..... learn from our mistake.
