Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union in Sevierville, TN

Opened a savings account just to find out the only way to deposit money into it was to go to the bank. No transfers from my main checking or savings accounts, no mobile check deposit for 90 days. Either drive to the bank and deposit cash or set up direct deposit which my employer doesn't offer. Funny though, I can send money to any of my other savings and checking ccounts from each different bank. Closing the account today and sticking with smartbank and Tennessee state bank.

I have a list of "unhappy" experiences with these people! They keep hours that are very customer UNfriendly! I will NEVER use them for a loan again! They don't contact you with a helpful attitude if you end up just a tiny bit late on your payment. They are mean and try their hardest to repossess your vehicle without giving you a chance to fix the problem. Then they will garnish your wages with hardly any notice that they are doing so. Just today I was informed by summons that the garnishment they had stopped taking from me last year was not finished somehow. Months later I am being told that I still owe them money! They didn't even try to talk to me in person or on the phone first. Ridiculous!

Most worthless bank/credit union in the history or anything that I have experienced... On and off I have been with this place for 11 years. My card gets compromised 2 times in the less than 5 months. Their solution is to cancel my card and have me come back in and get another card again... No estimated time as to when my funds will be put back into my account. I have bills that are going to bounce and they can not give me a solution to this because their security system sucks. Yes, I used choice words because they are NOT helping me with a solution for their crappy service and security system .

EXTREMELY unprofessional as I dealt with two loan officers and neither of them were of any help and their mannerisms are something horrid. Not to mention the fact that one of these women could barely put a sentence together and made it brutally clear that she was not interested in helping me at all. It's a shame that they do not put more stock into hiring courteous, qualified and helpful staff!
