Its an alright credit union but they want help you with a loan so I advise try someone else they are great for saving or checking account buy hard to get a loan for any amount

Easily applied for a vehicle loan online and was offered the best rates in town. Blake Jones and Robin Brown both did a great job in walking me through the process. I'll definitely come back for future business. Thanks!

Called to ask a simple question about my loan and felt very attacked and talked to like I shouldn't even be asking. The woman was rude and wouldn't even let me talk without interrupting me.

Got a great rate on a motorcycle loan through the dealership. Didn't get anything from Y-12 with an account number and it was getting time for the payment, so when we called they were quite rude, said that we needed to mail them a check with the account number on it. They wouldn't give us the account number on the phone. The lady said she would mail it. By that time the payment would have been late. My husband is driving over there (an hour away) to give them the check and get the account number.

Other than closing my acct over 1.75, great credit union
