I am fine with the tellers. Very friendly and helpful. I am extremely upset that they closed the window. I have two small children and to go into the bank for something that can be accomplished with a drive up window is very inconvenient.

They suck! They put MY check on hold.. its bullshit thats my money. I would choose a different bank for sure!

The location on Oak Ridge road is probably the slowest, time consuming bank in Orlando. The staff gives you little attention. There is usually only 1 teller working even the line is overflowing through the door. Each time I go, I spend at least 35 minutes just to cash a check. If you are in a hurry or enjoy speedy service, go to a different bank

This is so rediculous. I have spent over 2 hours trying to talk to someone to get some copies. Seems like there should be a better comunication set up for customers so they don`t get fed up and change banks.

The worst bank of America branch they have. The bank manager is the slowest banker I have seen in along time
