Franklin Motor Company in Nashville, TN

This is the worst car lot in Nashville. The mechanics there are shady and lie about paperwork that was done even when you have a copy that says otherwise. They will make everything out to be the customer's fault. Their customer service skills are non-existent. Would have given them 0 Stars if it would have let me. You are better off saving your money and going to a different lot because you will get screwed at this one. They are just out for a quick buck and don't care how many people they have to rip off in the process.and one review they have on here other than myself is from an employee who is one of the Shady characters. Update the owner is just as incompetent as his employees. I was asked to take the review down. Guess the truth hurts. It amazes me to see that this company owner decides to wait a week to respond and suddenly there are now good reviews on google. First and foremost I would like to say that if you are not going to tell the truth then I would advise against telling imaginary stories on your end. Why not tell the public what you decides to say on the phone instead of trying to make yourself look better? I have nothing to hide. Do you? Apparently so. It's not a respectable business when you try and counsel customers on things that you have no involvement nor legal responsibility to do so. Your staff and yourself should all attend a legal review class before you threaten such actions in which you have no legal grounds, such as repossession a car in which you have no legal bearing over what so ever. Sound familiar? It should to your general manager because he threatened to do so. Do not place yourself in a position in which you are going to withhold everything that was done wrong on your businesses end of things just to spice a review that obvious told the unbiased truth about your business. So as of now I.consider the matter closed and no further contacted is required not wanted from anyone from your business including your self . You have a great day

I'd like to thank Rey and the staff at Franklin Motors for the easiest experience of purchasing a car I've ever had! Rey took his time to work with me and my daughter to find the right fit for her. This is by far the worst place to purchase a vehicle. From my experience, the so called mechanics have absolutely no clue as to what they're doing. I have been a master ase certified technician for about 15 years. Their customer service is nonexistent. Even the owner seems to be in on this. Selling lemons to people should be illegal. Especially since they should've known about the issues with the vehicle since they "checked it out". This place is a rip off. They are just out to make money and screw the customers in the process. This is not how a business should be ran. If I could rate this company at less than a one star rating, I would. After I send this review, I will be contacting the federal trade commission and the better business bureau. I am hoping to get their dealer license revoked and their "mechanic" fired. This is an outrage how someone is so willing to screw someone over just to make a few dollars. It is absolutely pathetic. People have families and rely on dependable transportation to and from work, to the store, daycare, running miscellaneous errands, etc... Also, having your employees write good reviews to make it seem like you're a reputable company is quite pathetic.

Buying your first car can be a nerve-racking experience, fortunately the team at Franklin Motors was more than willing to help alleviate that stress. As someone who had inherited every car they ever drove buying one for myself was the biggest decision I had ever had to make. The owner, Tracy, recommended a metallic blue 2015 Hyundai Sonata and after test driving a few cars on the lot I decided that Tracy's recommendation was the right car for me. The general manager quickly got me sorted out and Franklin Motors was willing to help me through the whole process from getting a loan to getting my tags. Not to mention I got a GREAT DEAL! I love my car, I just took it on my first major road trip (a trip I have made many times over the last 6 years) and it was the best experience I have had with road trips of that nature. I would recommend Franklin Motors to any of my friends who are looking for a reliable used vehicle.

My husband and I want to thank Rey and the awesome staff at Franklin motor co! They found us a flawless 2015 Cadillac Esclade in less than a week! Everyone was prompt, professional, and so nice to work with! We traded in our 2008 Cadillac and they were more than fair on the value.
