I will never do business with this place ever again. They change Managers so much and nobody has a clue what they are doing. This company is a joke. I would highly suggest to go some where else to do business.

I have been with this company a year. Adrienne the mgr has always been understanding when I have been late and when she did contact my sister because I didn't answer, she didn't tell my business which I totally appreciate. All these negative reviews remember we asked them for money. My only problem is their system needs to take cards over the phone! The staff is all very nice and really try to help people

I will NEVER use this place again. I had a loan and was making payments. I needed extra Christmas money and I called them after I received a letter saying I had additional cash available. They said I could skip a payment, get more money and just add ONE payment at the end of the current term. NOPE!!!! It started my loan all over! And I had already made 3 payments! I do not trust them anymore and will never use them again...after I have made my additional SIX (not 3) payments!!!!
