Ascend Federal Credit Union in Mount Juliet, TN

I pulled up at 854 am. Waited until 9am to touch the screen. Waited until 903 for someone to answer. No one did. I pulled out and back around and up to the same one. Still nothing and the acreen offerred to cancel assignment bc the program wasnt responding. Reversed and pulled into the one right next to it. Now its 903 and i had to wait until 906 for someone to answer. Im not sure how or why there was a need to wait. I cant see inside the building. But no one, and i mean no one, else was in line and one car was in the front lot.
