I go into this Branch when I need a face-to-face Bank experience. Every time I've been there in the past year was a pleasant experience with a relatively short wait.

This NFCU branch must have one of the shortest wait times I have ever experienced at a bank, and it happened to me twice. The last time I was there i was only seated for about 10 seconds. Great service and always ready to help.

The employees for the most part are very pleasant, however they don't know their own rules. It bothers me so much. One teller is very mean and has attitude quite often. I don't go to her at all.

The people are usually curteous and friendly. Sometimes there is a line, but it moves pretty fast. I definitely would recommend this establishment.
