Each Saturday morning I go to the drive thru for my Shared Service transactions and the teller, has a smile in her voice and on her face. Customer service is not presented at many organizations anymore and that values the service, thanks.

The service at the Ridgeway location needs lots of improvement. The last time I used the branch, the unfriendly and unhelpful teller failed to tell me that they were placing a nine day hold on my deposit. Customers don't always know bank policy and practices, so tellers should make sure they are aware of things like this...

Great location. Open every Saturday with the nicest staff that can help with all your needs. I've been with Southern Security for 4 years now and love it!
