Absolutely horrible, always takes 10 to 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Since the second location closed in Lebanon I believe all BOA customers are coming to this location, which never seems to be equipped with enough employees to handle their clients.

Only branch location in tn worth visiting, due to staff cuts at all locations. This branch has maintained customer service on a shoe string. It's still a bank.

Worse bank out here they really need to open on Saturdays and need more ppl I've been waiting over an hour on the notary and once my line come up the manager daughter came in and didn't even wait walked in to the office and made me wait another 40 mins Do not go there
