Horrible and Unprofessional customer service!! Would not recommend this branch. The agents are very rude. Steer away from this branch. I usually go to the downtown branch and since I moved; the LaVergne was the closest one. If anything, goto the Nashville....Horrible experience!!!

this is by far the worst financial institute i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. angents are rude and impersonal and show a complete lack of competence. strongly advise finding another bank or credit union if considering southeast financial as your bank.

What a beautiful new branch and helpful staff! They have some of the best rates around on auto loans and CDs. Would highly recommend this credit union!

Wonderful service! Use to go to the downtown branch, which was also great, until I moved to Lavergne. The staff is helpful and made me feel welcome. I would suggest this branch to anyone.
