I agree with other reviewers in telling you that most of their "used product" prices are at or near "new retail value", tools, entertainment and all. It was about lunchtime when I showed up and half the staff left when a rush came in, leaving two old ladies to haggle with frustrated people in front of me. I overheard a conversation about the store selling a video game system that was under pawn, sold to another customer, while the first owner was still paying it off. That's pretty bad, but seems usual for retail. I found a deal and left as soon as I could.

They have a pricing tag system that is confusing and I somehow you have to guess what year that the price goes down based on how long it's been there. In either case I would like to know exactly how much an item is BEFORE I get a sales person to unlock it to be rung up I don't like surprises at the register for a purchase
