U.S. Bank Branch in Kingston, TN

The most wonderful customer service ever! We have been at this branch since 2005 and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this branch. Helpful, considerate, polite, always addresses me by name when I walk in the door. When we first got here, we opened an account,but our furniture had not arrived yet, so we had to eat out until we got our refrigerator. I went to town to get dinner for my family one day but forgot my wallet. The bank was about to close and I asked to make a withdrawal even though I had no ID. The branch manager, Missy, recognized me and allowed me to make a small withdrawal once they had verified my identity so I could feed my family. This branch will always have our business!
