Was given counterfeit money and when I called they said they wouldn't replace the money and it was my problem. They said I had no proof that it came from them. So make sure you check the money your are give at the window. Horrible customers service.

Employees are rude, think their paperwork and talking about what they are doing this weekend is more important then helping a customer standing for ten minutes in the lobby. When I finally went to the window the lady acted like I was a inconvenience to her. I just told her no thanks, I was a new customer and just walked out and went back the TN cash cow where I am a customer and get great customer service..
