Eastman Credit Union in Jonesborough, TN

There was a discrepancy on my statement so I called the bank twice and reached a recording requesting I leave a voice mail which I did, but its been 4 days and no one has called back. Guess the customer is NOT as important as they would like you to believe when you go there to open an account!!

I've taken out multiple loans with this branch, and they have helped me whenever I need it. I came from Regions bank, ECU is a godsend compared.

I have been to all of the other branches of ECU and I can say that the Jonesborough branch has the most helpful tellers and they have some of the lowest interest rates on loans. They have been useful in helping me manage my credit as well. I would recommend ECU to anyone who wants a bank with fewer fees and good interest rates.

Wouldn't even leave one star if it would let me...... I would make purchases with my card and it would show my balance after transactions in my pending amount for days then the money would just be released back into my available balance leaving me to think I had more money then i actually did which resulted in HUGE overdraft fees. (was even set up not to overdraft) The tellers don't seem like they want to help out much and it takes an arm and a leg to do anything with your account. I know you need security steps to verify you are you and no one gets your $ but this place is ridiculous. The last time they screwed up my balance and took almost $600 from me, I closed the account and went to Renasant....Have had no problems since!
