Coming from New York State, we did not know the process for buying a house in Tennessee. Jonathan provided the education we needed in a precise and understandable way. We left his office after our initial visit with a folder of information which we've been able to reference multiple times. The information was pertinent, tailored to our situation and easy to understand... not an overwhelming amount of "stuff." (Btw, you are welcomed to the office with a personalized parking space! A seemingly small detail but it certainly made us feel that they cared about us as customers.). From the initial application right up through closing day Johnathan and his entire team was AMAZING! They were a true pleasure to work with.
