Service Loan Co in Johnson City, TN

I don't have a loan here, but a family member that I haven't spoken to in nearly a year does. She used me as a contact, and now every month they call me asking if I know how to get in touch with her. They call every month, the second her loan payment is late. They leave voicemails and call twice a day every single month until they get their money. I tell them every month the same thing, that I haven't spoken to her in SEVERAL months and I don't know how to reach her. Yet they still call. I had my husband answer last month, he was firm with them and they said they would remove my number as a contact. This month they called and left a voicemail. I returned the call and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I told her I was tired of them calling me and that I needed my number to seriously be removed as a contact this time. She told me to stop being smart with her, and then she hung up on me. RUDE!!!!!!! If this experience is an example of their customer service, I would HATE to have a loan out with these awful SHARKS.

i will start off by saying this is the worst place to get a loan my husband passed away in july the social security office desided they needed to up grade my medical they said it had not been done in a while thus causing me to lose my income as we had no kind of insurance at time of his death these people called me constantly and the phone calls became ugly telling me they can't hold this loan any longer even came to my home and threatened to take my stuff if i did not have a payment made by thursday of that week now they had got more money than any other loan company's i owed so i went to my aunt's borrowed the money to make this payment to keep my belonging's now mind you i had 4 loans and this was the worst one they are paid off now i am so glad that i don't have to deal with this bunch a hole people any more please if you need a loan go else where they are the rudest people i have meet or dealt with now the other loan company's are caught up and was so nice to work with me at the hardest time in my life i sure did not ask for him to pass and if it were up to me he would be here today thanks for reading my post and hope i help someone

this place hacked my phone and contacted people that was not on my contact list. I plan on filing a suit against them for vilation of my privacy.

I have used them before and they are awesome. They would call monthly to see if I need more and I always paid my payment on time. I would recommend them to anyone.
