I came in initially to help my brother look for a car. Eddie took care of him and told him all of the factors he needed to look at. At the time, my brother's credit wasn't helping him any, but Eddie didn't just send us on our way. He showed my brother where his credit was being impacted the most, and how he could fix it. As we left I saw a few vehicles I was interested in myself. Fast forward a few days and I had come in myself to look at a specific vehicle. Eddie was busy but Kyle was available, and happily showed me around. We didn't just look at one vehicle. We looked at a handful. I Test drove multiple cars. I spent 5 hours looking at vehicles and Kyle never once got impatient. I even changed my mind mid-deal and chose the other vehicle and it didn't bother him. He never pushed a vehicle on me, never made me feel like a bother, and was beyond patient. I asked about vehicles and he knew the inventory without hesitation. He would describe a vehicle, we'd walk out there, and there it'd sit. Just as he described. They worked with my budget, my indecisiveness, and my vehicle specific demands. I think I may have been the worst customer he's ever had. But These guys were great, the finance manager was great, the on duty manager was great. I would definitely recommend my family and friends go to see any of the guys at Farris.

My buying experience from Farris Motor Company was painless, relaxing and enjoyable. I'm very pleased with my decision and choice of a BRAND NEW Chrysler 200 (my 1st new car). My husband and I dealt with Brian, he took the time and effort to help with everything and answer any questions we had. He went over every feature of the vehicle that we were interested in. I went to Farris on Tuesday only to look at a truck and got greeted by a guy named Eddie. we started talking about what I was looking for and he said why don't you come inside and we can see what we can find out for you. so after discussing some things and even talking to the owner, they had a truck picked out for me that was in my budget and overall would be great for me. I never thought i would end up with one that day but I sure did. thank you Eddie and the whole Farris team for being so patient and helping me figure out what I wanted and what would be best for me. y all did a great job, so if anyone ever needs a new vehicle, go check out Farris and talk to Eddie. he's awesome!

Matt Owens was extremely professional and got me exactly what I wanted in such a timely manner and truly went up and beyond! I have purchased so many cars in my life and I can honestly say it was the best most easy experience purchase ever!
