There is a woman there named Kayron. No, not Karen. Kayron. She loses everything you give her. She lost the trust document for our dad's memorial fund and then asked for it as though we'd never even had the conversation, let alone given her the document. She lost the IRS form for the same. Then, less than two weeks later, she claims to not know the whereabouts of my $15,000 original CD. Imbecile. This is what happens when a free market allows absolutely anyone to decide that they want to become "bankers."
