Fifth Third Bank & ATM in Gallatin, TN

Only one teller on a Friday, no customer service.

I'm highly disappointed in this branch. We were using the bank to sign loan paperwork via proxy. The manager questioned why we would ever use their bank, she was highly disrespectful, yelled at us, told us that the bank was being sued, told us we had put her in a bind, told us we had really put her in a pickle, and then did not fax all of our paperwork to underwriting. She did not give us a copy of the loan paperwork, and to top all of this off she LOST our original signed paperwork.

The bankers here are really nice and remember you when you come in.
