Wells Fargo Bank in Franklin, TN

FIND ANOTHER BANK ALTOGETHER. Ridiculous policies. Unfriendly staff. CRAZY RATES. Have to wait for a banker to be free, the see a banker to present my ID and give them my thumbprint, see another banker with 2 forms of ID, just to cash a check. (without an account, that I refuse to get every time they badger me about it)

The staff in this branch are very unfriendly and the actually with haunt you, I paid a biz check into a personal account and they called everyone they could call over 30 mins and they made sure my account was closed. They get one star because there's no zero star.

I always get what I need taken care of at this bank. Deposits, withdrawals, credit, debit, transactions, etc. Staff and tellers are all nice. Great location

Hassled that Ihave to show ID to deposit cash over $100.00. No other bank makes you show ID unless your taking cash out or withdrawing for the account. Took way longer to check ID when I was just depositing my cash into my account.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had going into a bank. All I wanted was a replacement card to withdraw money with and they made me feel like a criminal trying to take my own money out. I am going to call the bank manager and talk to him but he probably sucks like the bankers do. The banker lady..can't remember her name but they took my 2 forms of ID so i can get my replacement card and since I'm from Texas on business they made me feel like I was trying to steal my own money. I don't know how Wells Fargo hires the worst people to work for them at this location. I will never step foot into this Wells Fargo again.
