Slowest bank I have ever dealt with. Drive-thru desperately needs more tellers. They leave you hanging while they deal with customers inside. Today the male teller didn't even say thank you, nor did he apologize for my 20 minute wait for a simple deposit. I have had the worst service over the years, and my options are limited since it's a joint account, with a person in another state. I will be looking elsewhere after this experience, however.

They are tremendously friendly, polite and welcoming. However, in my experience, they lack in their efficiency and competence. I was given incorrect information for how to pay my taxes and get my vehicle registered. All together it took over 2 months to get final paperwork from car loan completed after signing the loan papers. When trying to get the branch manager to return calls, I had to call 4 times to actually get to speak to him. I was told that he would call me back twice and he didn't. I was told he tried calling me, but I had zero missed calls. I am not sure what happened, but it proved to be an extremely frustrating process.
