I took my Jetta in for its first scheduled maintenance and had a very good experience. Bob at the customer service desk was very friendly and gave me $50 off the normal cost as I was the first time customer. Very pleasant first overall experience and I will definitely be taking my car back there again for all future maintenance.

Worse service ever. These people is only good to change parts and oil. Sometimes, they do not even change the oil as it should be. I took my car for them to fix the volume button of my radio. They call me and said they had install a new radio. At the time of pick up, the car was park ready to go. Got in the car and said thanks! Once I got to my destination and parked. I realize the back up camera did not work, then I tried to search for a radio station and it did not work either. Later on that day I also tried to make a call and the phone would not sync. I took my car for a button issue and they gave it back with a "new radio" but with 3 different issues. This is not the first time I have to back to the dealer and have them fix their mistakes. They simply suck!

Fantastic experience overall. Hallmark VW of Cool Springs took great care of my wife and I. We never felt any pressure to make any decision, in fact we came in for a test drive and went home to deliberate for a few days. A few phone calls over the next two days or so and little bit of negotiations and we pulled away in a great new car that fits us well. Thomas, Tim and Moses and the whole crew there were great and very knowledgeable when it came to the cars we were interested in. We plan on taking our car there for future service and I would recommend buying a car from them to anyone.

TL;DR - Steer clear for service, find a respectable self-run shop. Seems to be a well run dealership. The general manager is very polite and helpful. That is where my positivity on the matter ends, though. Somewhere between my handing them the keys and getting it back, my blower relay somehow managed to die. Unfortunate coincidence? Quite possibly. Oddly convenient that it happened after denying a 1.4k repair, however. Upon asking why that was, their service department (Bob Metzger in particular) was rude and told me to take a hike. I escalated to the general manager and he was able to help me, and was very understanding​. I would recommend this dealership if you could do business with the general manager alone, but as far as front-line customer support this place is a joke. I'm very unhappy that it took a general manager to treat a customer properly.
