Yes I was two payments behind because they redid my loan and told me my payment would be do in October then in the middle of October hey told me I was two months behind I sent n one payment they sent it back saying I had to pay both payments. Good place and nice women working there. When I got way behind they worked really hard with me and got me back on track. Granted they start calling the day of or the day after the loan payment is do, they still work with me when I'm a few days late as long as you communicate it with them.
