Dave's Pawn Shop in Crossville, TN

I have bought several items from Dave's Pawn Shop in the past, and the last time I was there I bought some Sonic Boom exploding targets, 3 to be exact and not a single one of which worked at all. I took them in to see what they can do to help and they basically told me it wasn't their problem that they wouldn't stand behind the product. They wanted me to bring the exploding powder into their shop because they pretty much thought I was lying. I will no longer shop at Dave's Pawn Shop for anything and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there. All I wanted was a refund or a replacement for the faulty product. Instead they lost two customers that buy 10 to 15 guns a year not to mention the ammunition and accessories. Terrible way to do business in such a small town where reputation is everything.

I had a gun to be Cerekoted. I was told the gun would take 3 weeks. I got the gun back more than 6 weeks later and had several excuses and broken completion dates. It looked like my rear sight was pounded in by a brass punch, the finish looks pitted in areas (taking it to another Cerekote "specialist" for another opinion). When I got back with it, I did a field strip on it then tried to reassemble. The slide will not fully go back. I really don't know how it got reassembled and I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. So now I have to take another trip back into town and see what the deal is. I WOULD NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY GUNSMITHING-AMATURES! I really wished I could post what I really thought.

Don't do what they say. Guy named Terry promised my gun would be done in a week and it ended up taking almost 3 months. Refused to give my gun back when I asked and ended up charging me 3 times what was quoted. These people will scam you and not think twice about it. Wish I would have went somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE.
