U.S. Bank Branch in Columbia, TN

There is always a significant wait, even when no one is ahead of me. And the desk is often unmanned at the drive thru. They seem incredibly understaffed.

This is the worst branch manager I have dealt with in my entire life. Choose a better bank that is more considerate of their customers rather than being short handed. I waited for a return call for 3 hours until I finally had to call back and even though I have banked with US bank for 17+ years they are not willing to help a customer out even though I wait for 3 hours and now the banks are closing and will not be able to deposit my check after being advised by one of her employees to wait until I hear from her. All other associates were kind and understanding.

Love this branch, they bend over backwards to be helpful and are always very friendly.

A terrific group of people with which to do business. I've had a banking relationship with them for 7-8 yrs and value our relationship.

The ladies that work there are so friendly .. I've had some bad experience lately with my account I'm not happy about. I'm sure they'll take care of it. They have in the past. Thanks ya'll for been ingest friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated. !! :)
