A young man (mexican) came in the office very polite simply asked for a loan. They just flat out told him no they didnt run anything they didnt go by any procedures obviously their racist. So i called (talking to the manager) i told her what happened she then yells at me saying i wasn't in their i don't know what happened she said she dont care if i was reporting them of how rude they were.

They harass you because they have nothing better to do. They also call you by your first name or "honey" when they realize they aren't getting a payment. Most unprofessional, ridiculous group of individuals. Don't borrow money from them! The corporate office actually put a cease on my account when they heard how badly I was treated by these awful people!!!

They don't harass anyone, they ask for the money you borrowed back. Only children and imbeciles wouldn't understand that concept. What's unprofessional, immoral, and illegal is borrowing money and refusing to make the payments you agreed to. The corporate office laughs at people who insist in complaining about being asked to pay money they borrowed. Poor white trash can't pay back the money she borrowed and now she's making herself a victim. It's okay snowflake, I'm sure they'll understand that you feel entitled to borrow money you don't have to pay back on time.
