I had a extremely horrible experience. The guy I believe his man was Wade acted and treated me as if I needed him and that he was doing me a favor ! He his demeanor and attitude was everything less than what should given in the customer service arena. I felt as though I was being an inconvenience to him. The privacy while your being assisted is horrible! I felt as though I had to shout and yell all of my personal business out. I didn't feel like my business was appreciated. I could hear him mumbling under his breath and talking to his coworkers about me. I honestly wanted to say to heck with it and walk out ! It wasn't until my husband who referred me came in and spoke with another rep who was a female, she was was way more friendly and polite that Wade's attitude toward me started to improve. I guess once he realized that my his had been in before and was who referred me. The sad part is the entire time I was there all I could think about was how badly I couldn't wait to leave so I could give a review! Once I have paid my loan off I will absolutely not being going back and will not being referring anyone! It's unacceptable and needs to be addressed!
