I have been with this credit union for 11 years. I have been with DCCU (now SCCU) through high school, college, and early adult hood. Their customer service has been superb. I always got a real person on the phone and any concerns/problems were always resolved before hanging up. I am not familiar with loans and benefits offered by the credit union. My evaluation is strongly based on the customer service.

I am not happy at this credit union I've been with them as a business for several years but yet I still not to benefit from this bank . They hold checks left and right from all there clients. . But for my experience I'm tired of them holding my money from me everything I turn around . I need cash flow and them holding it doesn't benefit me ... in other words I don't feel warm and cozy inside ...isn't your bank here to make you feel warm and cozy? Well they should your money is in it .!!!!!!
