I've been highly disappointed by Jordan. A buyer for one of the homes I was selling got "approved" for a loan by Jordan. He was told the buyer's whole situation, he had to go back & forth to his bosses for a whole week, and then he said Mortgage Investors Group could do the loan. The very issue that Jordan was told about before he "approved" the loan is what stopped the loan from closing. Jordan didn't even have the courage to call all parties involved and let us know the loan was not closing. We found that out from the title company. I would not use this person for a loan. I don't think he knows what he is doing.
