Cash Express in Bristol, TN

I went to Cash Express on volunteer parkway and there was one lady working and two other customers.As I was waiting for service, two more customers walked into the building. Before even speaking to me, the clerk helped the two customers that came in after me. I waited 30 minutes before she finally acknowledged my presence. She was very reluctant to answer my questions about the service. I had a great deal of time to stand around and take in a detailed view of my surroundings. I left with a handful of papers and the orders to "fill them out and come back the next day." The office was cluttered with empty boxes and disorganized. The service was the worst I've ever had from any business falling in the "Cash Advance" category. I left Cash Express that day feeling as if I had wasted a great deal of my time. Instead of returning to Cash Express, I went to Check Cashing Inc and got service as soon as I walked in the door. The transaction took less than 10 minutes, and I left feeling accomplished.

They are really great and nice there.
