We started a refinance here in Oct. 2015, I talked to a Rick McCready who is the branch manager, which he gave us another agent. We gave them everything they asked for, mostly that same day, sometimes the next. Everything was going fine, then in Dec. we didn't hear from them til Feb. Then they asked for more stuff and we gave it to them. The thing is when they want to wait they don't tell you anything, they just leave you hanging. Finally, we were told everything was done so we did an appraisal. They hired the appraiser which we paid 500.00 for and he measures the house wrong, but tells us we need to get a permit for our enclosure of patio. We do that, and find out that we didn't need one because it was the appraiser's mistake, got him to measure the house right, everything is fixed. Back on schedule. It is now May, we asked MS if they needed anything else for the refinance, they never answer, for three months dealing with the appraiser they asked for nothing, soon as that is fixed, they then start asking for more things they need. We do it. Every time, we get a closing date, they will ask for something else, or need a repeat of what they already got. We have had 4 to 5 closing dates, I have lost count. The excuse this time was the tile on the floor isn't fixed, we and the appraiser tells them it is fixed because he saw it on the final appraisal. Then the next excuse is they need a permit for an unfinished bathroom, I tell them we have no unfinished bathroom. But because we put in a bathtub with the remaining plumbing in the house, we didn't need a permit, so they want confirmation with Codes. I call and have the codes guy send them confirmation of this. I have emailed the underwriter Derrik Nelson and ask him whats up, and he says that he emailed the codes back because he wants to ask more questions. I waited 5 days, heard from no one, Mortgage solutions won't return emails or phone calls, called the codes guy myself and he tells me he emailed Nelson with his personal cell number. I then emailed Nelson and asked why we were waiting again, its now at the end of June, that I talked to the codes and he told me he hasn't received any calls from him. Now our agent has quit his job and went to another company, because they aren't closing on anybody, McCready has taken over our loan, he doesn't call me at all, I have to email him to know this, after a week of nothing. Now, after emailing him and Nelson, plus calling and leaving messages, I haven't heard from nobody, its now been two weeks. I left a message on the Mortgage Solutions facebook, heard from nobody, they just take down your message. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY COST US $500.00, FAMILY REUNIONS WE MISSED FOR A PASSED UP CLOSING DATE, NOW AFTER ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR OF WAITING, WE MISSED THE LOW INTEREST RATE WE WERE SIGNED UP FOR, LOST MONEY ON THE HOUSE PAYMENTS WE COULD OF BEEN SAVING WITH THE LOW INTEREST RATE. WHAT I PUT HERE WAS ONLY A SMALL FRACTION OF WHAT WE WENT THROUGH. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY, CAN'T CLOSE ON LOANS, AND CAN'T KEEP EMPLOYEES. NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I WILL BE POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE I CAN TO WARN PEOPLE. NEXT STOP THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU .

We were working with rick mcreadie he strung us along for 5 months we were told 3 times we were good to close , he hardly ever answered his phone , we gave him everything short of DNA, we were sent to his under writers 3 maybe 4 times each time we got a clear to close. We were 24 hrs from closing when he called andd said no go because they did a second work verification and because my work title says one pay but im making a much higher amount he refused to sell is a house that yrust me we can afford. He is unprofessional, he would send my wife stupid picture gifs instead of talking to her. He would tell use one thing lile were good to close and give us dates then turn around and completely deny everything and call us liars. We even called the corporate they said what he is doing is normal of the company. Really 5 months of stress and my wife everything short of being rushed to the hospital because she was so stressed she had a major breakout of hives. Trust me working with rick and mortgage solutions is not worth the stress and depression they have caused. He cost us $1,000 in appraisal,inspection costs he even told our realtor everything was clear and good to go we had everything ready to go. They had everything good to go. Had title company,lawyers drawing up paperwork. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR HIS COMPANY! im just trying to save everybody the stress,aggravation,time,shoot everything because of him and his company now my family have to find a place in 30 days....
