I just bought my first home and MIG was there to help me every step of the way. These people are available almost all hours of the day including the weekend which was tremendous and helped calm my nerves going into this experience for the first time. Loren is the greatest!

I'm only leaving one star because no stars isn't an option. We began working with Roger at MIG in early December. We applied for a THDA loan. We submitted all of our documents and waited a month, with no response. My husband finally left him an unfriendly voicemail about the lack of communication, and got a response...in which he blamed Trump for the delay. He said we were not approved for the THDA loan and would see if he could get us approved for FHA. Three weeks have gone by, there have been several attempts at contact from us and all have gone unanswered. We have now moved on to a different finance company, who issued us our pre-approval three days after applying. The beginning stage of applying is the point where your lender should be "woo-ing" you to get you to go with them, and we couldn't get a response. Can you imagine what the communication would have been like down the road when the deal was done? How long would closing have taken? Needless to say, if you are interested in ACTUALLY purchasing a home, Roger at MIG is not going to help you make that happen.
