Bank of America Financial Center in Bartlett, TN

I have been banking here at this location for 7 years and the last 3 years have gone down hill. Insufficient staffing, extremely long waiting times. They keep changing policies making it more difficult to get my money. They trust too heavily in technology and assuming everyone wants to do electronic banking and we dont. This bank is terrible now and I used to love it.

Just as the other have touched upon....i waited in a line for over 45 mins inside this bank branch. There were at least 25 people standing. The banker working the drive thru window was almost three times faster then the two bankers assisting customers inside the bank. This is not counting all of the lobby guest sitting, waiting as well. This branch was the third branch out of three in one Monday. It seemed as if the two inside lobby bankers were purposely going at pace slower then a snail, seemingly in an attempt to get people inside the bank to either walk out without making their transaction, or to fill the lobby with guest to the point no one else could enter before 4pm. After waiting 45 mins. Or more, I observed more than 4 customers (not including myself) turned away empty handed. I was told that the other two branches should have run an issued check before advising me to drive around to two other bank branches. I was sent by another bank branch officer to THIS LOCATION without checking for other banking procedures/ things that could have saved me time, money, gas, and several lengthy drives across Memphis, Bartlett, and Cordova. I have never seen a bank branch as short staffed or seemingly like the associates even cared to get their customers in and out, or at the very least treated in a curtious and appologetic style. However this was not the case. If you have a transaction that needs to be completed, go through the drive thru. This associate seems to care, is much faster by herself then the two inside. It also seemed personally embarrassing to her that the inside wait time was longer then it should have been or needed to be. She seem to also be embarrassed about the lack of staffing and bank customer service that was being provided to the interior guest; issues that were 110% noticable.

Two ATMs at this branch nether one working, and already visited the ATM at Lowe's, also not working. This ATM sent me to Austin Pea and there eis not BoA there, but the webpage sent us to the ATM at Exxon across the street where they were going to charge me $8 PLUS bank fees to access MY money. Worst bank ever!!! Going to SunTrust on Monday morning!

The wait is horrible. Bank of America should be ashamed and embarrassed. Need to hire more people for all these faithful account holders.

I can not believe the wait time. No matter of it's the drive thru or in side. Customer service is less then marginal. To hard to deposit and receive my own money. If someone want to put money in my account they have to have my account info where all they need is my name and address. Bank is worse then one star. I am leaving this bank for the reasons mentioned, I don't have 20 min to wait in a line to do my banking.
