I've also made a report with the BBB. For checking my credit so much. Once is enough, yet that place deemed it necessary to check it 5 times like it was gonna change in mere minutes. They were incredibly rude to me when I asked about the status of my application because I was denied.. I say "I'm calling to check on my application" Cindy says "One sec" Cindy comes back to tell me "There is nothing we can do for you" I say "That's fine, but why couldn't you call me back to tell me?" Cindy: "We're too busy to return your call" I said ok.. She hangs up on me. Don't ever use this place, they are stupid rude and checked my credit 5 times to bring my credit score down 5 points. I've already contacted eqifax about this rude abuse of checking my credit, and now I have to deal with 5 hard inquires that will be on my credit for 2 years, and there isn't anything I can do to get it off. Beware of these people.
